Shipping Policy

Processing= the time in which an order is placed by the customer and is being fulfilled in our warehouse. 

Shipping= When orders are fulfilled by us and sent out with shipping carrier service. 

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, sale shipping does not apply) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have not received an email regarding shipping please email us at tatisskincare@gmail.com.

**Please include ALL necessary information regarding shipment such as a full address, any unit numbers, etc. Potential delays regarding shipment could be due to a high volume of orders, or due to the postal service in charge of shipment. These are out of our control.** 

 

 

Domestic Shipping

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

All orders placed over $199.99, and shipped to an address within Canada are eligible for free shipping. When checking out, choose the “Free shipping” option at checkout and your package will ship through Canada Post.

 

Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders such as during sales, processing could take up to 10 business days. All orders are freshly made and packaged with care. We appreciate your understanding. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: the United States of America. 

Processing time for US orders is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have not received an email regarding shipping please email us at tatisskincare@gmail.com.

🚨 U.S. SHOPPERS: If you are shopping within the United States, you are responsible for paying any applicable duty, tax, or import fees. 🚨

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tatisskincare@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. 

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the item has been opened or used, we will not accept the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please understand that we are NOT in charge of shipment but rather the postal service such as Canada Post. However, please email us as soon as possible at tatisskincare@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
