All policies are strict. Please adhere accordingly.

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the item has been opened or used, we will not accept the return. Refunds are not offered for sale items. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please understand that we are NOT in charge of shipment but rather the postal service such as Canada Post. However, please email us as soon as possible at tatisskincare@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

SALE POLICY:  **We do not offer refunds or cancellations for Sale items. Sale items are FINAL*

In anticipation of upcoming sales events, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Spring Sale, and any future promotions, we wish to communicate a crucial and professional policy. Your attention to the following terms is of utmost importance

1. No Refunds or Exchanges:
We regret to inform you that refunds or exchanges for sale items will not be entertained. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all purchases made during promotional events.

2. Price Eligibility:
Sale prices are applicable only during the specified sale period. Purchases made prior to or after the designated sale dates, regardless of their proximity to the start or end time, will not be eligible for discounted pricing.

3. Shipping Delays:
Due to the heightened demand for products during sale events, please be advised that shipping may experience delays. For detailed information on shipping timelines, we recommend reviewing our [Shipping Policy](#).

4. Order Verification:
Customers are strongly urged to double and triple-check their orders before finalizing the purchase. We emphasize that we will not tolerate any lapses in order accuracy. We cannot make exceptions for those who forget to include items or inadvertently select the wrong products.

5. Strict Enforcement:
Compliance with these policies is not just encouraged but mandatory. We want to stress that we will NOT make exceptions under any circumstances. Any and all inquiries related to this policy will be redirected here for reference and adherence.

Additional Information: Sale orders have to have a Minimum order amount of $1.00. Also, If an item is eligible for multiple product discounts, only the largest will apply. ONLY SALE DISCOUNTS ARE VALID.

*FACIALS: *

We will not refund any facial appointment deposits if there is a cancellation or no-show. We will not tolerate expectations. 

Facial bookings must also be made with ONE facial per time slot. I do not accept quanities over 1 as I can only do one facial per time slot. Currently, in 2023, facial appointments are limited on month to month basis for maternity leave.

You cannot exchange your deposit either. This has been in effect since 2021.
